研究经历
主要从事气候变化,东亚气候变异及机理,大气遥相关、古气候模拟等方面的研究。
入选国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,中国气象局科技领军人才,首批中国气象局气象部门青年英才。
曾获涂长望青年气象科技奖、北京青年优秀科技论文奖、全国优秀青年气象科技工作者、十佳全国优秀青年气象科技工作者、中国科学院院长优秀奖、“学笃风正”优秀博士学位论文奖等奖励。

任职经历
自2006年7月以来,一直在国家气候中心工作。
现为国家气候中心气候变化室主任;第二十八届中国气象学会气候变化与低碳发展委员会副主任委员,统计气象学委员会委员;《Advances in Atmospheric Sciences》、《气象学报》、《气候变化研究进展》编委。
曾担任联合国秘书长全球可持续性高级别小组(GSP)顾问(Adviser),IPCC第五次评估报告第一工作组技术支撑小组成员(TSU)。
